At the beginning of the covid crisis it was very clear that there was going to be a HUGE strain on our NHS staff to work longer hours as the positive covid cases began to rise. To give the hard working staff a small break from cooking a meal at home for themselves and their families, The Late Leela Keshavji and her husband Manoj of More Restaurant got together with Shree Jalaram Temple Leicester, Leicester Charnwood Lions Club, Leicester Hospitals Charity and other generous supporters and prepared a selection of 4 meals that NHS staff could order and collect directly from the restaurant to feed them and their families, thus giving a treat and a well deserved rest from cooking a meal at home.
