Since 2017, the trustees, recognised and have created a special Jalaram Community annual award which are given to various deserving volunteers and members from the Leicester Community that have contributed to the community.

The award winners are selected and recognised by the trustees and other guests at an annual ceremony but the main purpose of this award remains to recognise and celebrate volunteers and members of the community that have shown tremendous devotion in what they do.
